Advertising Specifications
  • All ads are subject to availability.
  • Ads must meet the specified guidelines for pixel size, length, size, standardized HTML format, and/or hyperlinked URLs 14 days prior to the run date.
  • If graphic design or IT support is required, materials are due at least 21 days prior to the ad run date.
  • Should graphic or IT support be needed for ad design or webpage formatting, an individual project estimate will be provided.
  • Cancellation fees will be incurred by advertiser if changes to ad date are made, as follows:
    • 100% of ad fees and associated costs for cancellation/changes within 0-21 days of ad date.
    • 50% of ad fees and associated costs for cancellation/changes within 22-28 days of ad date.
    • 0% of ad fees and associated costs for cancellation/changes >28 days of ad date.

How do I sign up?

After you log into the Supplier Backoffice at https://backoffice.scientist.com, click on the Upgrade link at the top of the page to review your options. Click Buy Now on the plan you want. You will be routed to a secure page where you can enter payment information.

How do I change or cancel my plan?

You can cancel or change your plan anytime by simply clicking the Cancel, Upgrade or Downgrade buttons on the Manage Plan page. If you upgrade, you will receive a prorated charge on your next bill. If you downgrade, a prorated credit will be applied on your next bill.

Will I lose any current features if I don’t pay for a plan?

No, every Scientist.com supplier has access to our free Basic plan.

Are there other marketing opportunities?

Yes, we have platforms to showcase your services at no cost to you, including the Disease Model Finder and the Products Hub. Contact suppliers@scientist.com for more information.

By completing and submitting this Order Form, you represent and warrant to Scientist that you have read and agree to the GTC and that to the extent such acceptance is made on behalf of any entity or other organization, that you have the right and authority to bind the organization that you represent on the Platform to the Membership Tier Agreement. Only parties that can lawfully enter into and form contracts under applicable law may use the Platform. By submitting the Order Form, the Supplier hereby warrants and represents to Scientist that Supplier has such ability to enter into contracts and to the extent such acceptance is made on behalf of any entity or organization, the individual making such acceptance is authorized to bind such entity or organization to the Membership Tier Agreement.
